There are currently thirteen members of staff working at Penmoor, all of whom have enhanced DBS checks and have between them a wealth of qualifications and experience. We firmly believe in ongoing training and continuous professional development not only in essential areas such as first aid and safeguarding but also in individual areas of interest. This ensures a wide variety of different activities are provided for the children besides the usual core provision.
We recognise that it is essential to form a good relationship between the child, the family and Penmoor staff, so each child will have their own special person or keyworker. Our younger children in Green and Yellow groups have two or three members of each team so that if one person is absent for any reason or spending time with another child, there will still be a special person available for them. Please use your keyworker as first point of contact to pass on or gather information about your child. They will be delighted to share information with you and tell you about your child's day.
